Instructions:

2 egg yolks
- 150g oil
- ECOSALT
- Lemon juice
Instructions:
Put the yolks into a blender, beat the yolks and add slowly the oil, continuously, in a thin trickle until you reach the desired texture. Then add the lemon juice and ECOSALT. Keep in the fridge until use, not after long. It may go well with parsley and garlic.
