Ingredients for twelve:
- 700cc of milk
- 12g of corn
- 200g of semifirm cheese
- 4 spoonfuls of ECOSALT
- 6 eggs
- 3 medium size onions
- 2 glasses of ground maize or cornflour
- 250cc oil
Instructions:
Peel the corn, clean the grains, process. Chop and sauté in the oil the onions. In another pot cook the ground maize or put the cornflour with milk on the fire. Slice the cheese. In the pot where the onion is being sauté put the ground maize, 4 eggs, half of the cheese, the processed corn and mix all the ingredients on the fire. Add ECOSALT. Add more milk if necessary. In an oven tray, put some oil, widely spread, pour the preparation, and over it add the 2 remaining eggs (scramble) and the remaining cheese, to gratin.
