Ingredients:
- 500g of veal meat
- 1 can of tomato
- 1 chili pepper
- 1 carrot
- 1 onion
- 1 garlic tooth
- 2 bay leaves
- ECOSALT

Instructions:
Cut the meat in little pieces. Chop the onion and sauté it with two spoonfuls of oil. Add the meat, the tomato, chop the chili and the carrot and add them, the condiments and ECOSALT. Add a cup of stock. Put on a low flame for an hour and a half, stirring every 10 minutes, when it starts to dry, add again a cup of stock, it should be cooked until you spent all the stock. The meat should be very tender.
